Yes. Your coach uses your profile, goals, and recent training and nutrition activity to personalize its answers and the plans it generates. You can also save specific facts for it to remember going forward.

Vireska is not a medical service and its AI-generated guidance is not medical advice. You can tell Vireska about an injury so it can take that into account, but for any medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a program.

Only you. Your data is protected with encryption in transit and database-level row-level security isolating each account, and it is never sold. You can permanently delete your account and its data anytime from Settings.
