Technical information such as device type, browser, and usage analytics, collected to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use your information

To provide and personalize coaching, workouts, nutrition, and recovery guidance.

To operate, secure, and improve the service, including troubleshooting and analytics.

To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How we protect your data

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is isolated per account using row-level security so users can only reach their own data.

Privileged operations run server-side with least-privilege credentials that are never exposed to your browser.

4. Your rights and choices

You can view your data throughout the app, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from your account settings at any time.

You may opt out of non-essential communications, and you can close your account whenever you choose.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under appropriate safeguards.

6. Children’s privacy

Vireska is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision.
