By accessing or using Vireska, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Vireska, and you agree to provide accurate account information.

3. Health disclaimer

Vireska provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You use the service at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Prices and features are described on our pricing page.

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which paid features are removed. Free-trial terms are disclosed at signup.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Vireska name, brand, software, and content are owned by Vireska, Inc. and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireska is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
